Vegan Cheese Crackers


Try this delicious recipe for a healthy snack. Kids love it!

  • Prep: 4 hrs 15 mins
  • Dehydrate: 18 hrs


1 cup Sunflower Seeds

1/8 cup Sesame Seeds

1/8 cup Chia Seeds

1/4 cup Ground Flax Seed

1 cup Almonds

1 cup Brazil Nuts

1 cup Diced Red Pepper

1 Plum Tomato

1 tsp Cumin

4 tbsp Nutritional Yeast

Salt & Pepper to Taste


1Place all seeds and nuts in a bowl; then add enough water to cover them. Let soak for 4 hours.

2Blend all ingredients in your Omega Blender until as smooth as desired.

3Spread mixture into a thin layer (just a few millimeters thick) on an Paraflexx lined Excalibur Dehydrator tray. Make sure it is a thin layer just a few millimeters thick.

4Score the size of crackers you would like with a knife or spatula.

5Dehydrate at 105 degrees about 18 hours. After approximately 6-10 hours, cut crackers along the score lines and separate them on the tray for the remainder of the drying time.
