Plum Cherry Fruit Leather


Try this fruit roll for a tasty flavor combination!

  • Dehydrate: 5 hrs


1 1/2 cups Chopped plums

1 cup Pitted sweet cherries


1In a food processor, puree plums and cherries until smooth.

2Spread out to ¼ inch thickness, as evenly as possible, on a leather sheet or a drying tray lined with parchment paper, leaving it slightly thicker around the edges. Dry at 130°F.

3Leather should be evenly firm, with no visible moist spots, and should still be flexible.
