Yummy Smores Recipe
Crackers:
1 cup Buckwheat Groats
1 tbsp Molasses
1/4 tsp Nutmeg
1 cup Cashews
1/4 cup Agave/Maple Syrup (or 1/2 cup Dates)
1 cup Oats
1 cup Dates
1/2 tsp Cinnamon
Marshmallows:
1/4 cup melted Coconut Oil
1 tsp Vanilla
1 Chocolate Bar for chocolate
1To Make the Crackers: process the oats, groats, cinnamon and nutmeg in your food processor until they become a rough flour
2Add the dates and molasses and process until it clumps together
3Roll thinly on a Paraflexx lined Excalibur Dehydrator tray and cut into squares
4Dehydrate at your 105ºF for about 3 hours
5To make the marshmallows: blend all the ingredients until smooth (in your food processor or blender) and then scoop the mixture into ice cube trays
6When your crackers are done (preferably still warm) assemble the s'mores! Cracker, chocolate, marshmallow, cracker
