Texas Chili Peanuts Recipe

  • Dehydrate: 5 hrs


1 (16oz) jar dry-roasted unsalted Peanuts

1 1/2 tbsp Chili Powder

1/2 tsp Red Pepper

1/2 cup Water

1/4 cup Hot Pepper Sauce

1 tsp ground Cumin

1/8 tsp ground Oregano


1Place nuts in a large bowl

2Combine remaining ingredients and pour over nuts

3Let nuts sit at room temperature overnight

4Drain liquid from nuts; place nuts on your Excalibur Dehydrator tray

5Dry at 145 degrees F for 3 to 5 hours or until nuts are crunchy

6Store in an airtight container
