Sweet & Spicy Dried Pineapple

  • Dehydrate: 16 hrs


1 ripe pineapple (peeled, cored, and sliced ¼” thick)

3 tbsp Sriracha Hot Sauce

4 tbsp honey

1/4 tsp cinnamon

2 tbsp water


1Place sliced pineapple in a shallow baking dish.

2Then mix all remaining ingredients in a small bowl.

3Brush both sides of the pineapple with sauce.

4Place pineapple slices on a Paraflexx lined Excalibur Dehydrator Trays.

5Dehydrate at 125ºF for approximately 16 hours or until dry.
