Queen’s English Marinade


Try this delightful English marinade with beef or fish jerky!

  • Prep: 15 mins
  • Dehydrate: 1 hrs


1 cup Dry red wine

1 Clove minced garlic

2 tsp Dried parsley flakes

1/2 tsp Salt

1/4 tsp Pepper

2/3 cup Light salad oil

1 Small lemon, thinly sliced

1 tsp Oregano

1/4 tsp Crushed fennel seeds


1Combine and mix all of the above ingredients.
