Pumpkin Pie with Powdered Pumpkin Recipe

1/2 cup Dehydrated Pumpkin Powder

3 large Eggs

1 tbsp Cornstarch

1/2 tsp Salt

1/4 tsp Nutmeg

1 container Whipped Cream, for topping

2 cups boiling Water

1 2/3 cup unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk

1 cup Sugar

1/2 tsp Ginger

1/4 tsp Cloves

1 tsp Cinnamon


1Place pumpkin powder into a large bowl and pour 2 cups of boiling water over the pumpkin powder

2Stir well and let the pumpkin powder set for 20 minutes until cooled

3Once the pumpkin has cooled and is rehydrated, add the unsweetened vanilla almond milk, eggs, sugar and spices into your blender

4Blend for 1-2 minutes. Pour the pumpkin mixture into a pie shell and bake.

5Bake at 425 degrees F in oven for 15 minutes.

6Then reduce temperature to 350 degrees F and bake for 40 to 50 minutes or until knife inserted near center comes out clean

7Cool on wire rack for 2 hours. Serve immediately or refrigerate.

8Top with whipped cream before serving
