Powdered Ginger Recipe

  • Dehydrate: 4 hrs


fresh Ginger Root


1Wash and peel the skin of the ginger

2Slice the ginger into 2 inch long pieces

3Place the slices on your Excalibur Dehydrator tray

4Dry at 105 degrees F for 2-4 hours. The ginger is fully dry when there is no trace of moisture and when the root is hard.

5Grind ginger pieces into fine powder using your Omega Blender

6Store the ginger powder in an airtight container
