Paleo Biscotti Recipe

  • Dehydrate: 5 hrs

Ingredients

2 kinds Nuts - Brazilian, Pine, Almonds, Cashews, Walnuts, Dates (this is fruit but can be used), Sunflowers, Macadamia

Desired Amount Honey

Desired Amount Amaranth (optional)

Directions

1Mix the two kinds of nuts - should be chopped (one nut with dates if using dates) with honey - enough to keep mixture together

2Stir in puffed amaranth if you like

3Spread mixture onto paraflexx lined Excalibur Dehydrator trays

4Cut into bars

5Dehydrate at 125 degrees F for 12-24 hours
