Moist Fruit Compote Recipe

  • Dehydrate: 5 hrs


2 cups dried Pineapple pieces

1 cup dried Papaya

1 cup dried Kiwi fruit

1 cup dried Coconut flakes

2 cups Orange juice

A splash Orange Liqueur (optional)

1 cup dried Mango pieces

1 cup dried Banana slices

2 cups dried Strawberries

2 tbsp fresh grated Ginger

1 squeeze Lemon


1Dehydarte fruits at 135 degrees F for 12 hours or until desired texture

2Combine and toss together all ingredients

3Combine together orange juice, squeezed lemon juice, and orange liqueur (if desired)

4Pour this juice mixture over dried fruits and toss gently

5Serve as a moist fruit cocktail or as an appetizer or dessert
