Maple Spiced Pecans


Candied Pecans Recipe

  • Dehydrate: 12 hrs


3 cups Pecan halves

1/8 tsp Nutmeg

1/2 cup Maple Syrup

3 tsp Cinnamon



1Put pecans in bowl with enough water to cover them & soak overnight. After soaking, rinse well and towel blot dry.

2Toss the pecans, maple syrup, cinnamon and nutmeg together.

3Spread pecan mixture on a Paraflexx sheet

4Dehydrate pecans at 105 degrees F for 12 hours or until they are crisp in an Excalibur dehydrator

5Store Maple Spiced Pecans in a sealed glass jar in the refrigerator for up to 3 months

6Enjoy as a snack or use in desserts or on your favorite salad.
