Kiwi Kale Leather

  • Dehydrate: 10 hrs


6 Kiwi, peeled

2 cups Kale

3 Bananas

1/8 cup Water

6 Medjool Dates, pitted

1/2 tsp Cinnamon


1Wash all produce well.

2Puree all ingredients in a food processor or blender until smooth.

3Evenly pour mixture approximately 1/8” thick onto Paraflexx® lined Excalibur Dehydrator trays.

4Dehydrate at 135ºF for approximately 10 hours or until leather pulls away from Paraflexx sheets easily.

5Cut into pieces or strips and roll into rolls.

6Store in an air tight container.
