Jerky Made Simple


This is a simple jerky recipe that can be used with a variety of meats.

  • Prep: 12 hrs
  • Dehydrate: 12 hrs



Worcestershire Sauce

Soy Sauce

Black Pepper


1Cut the meat and soak in soy sauce/worcestershire sauce mix. Ratio is about 80% marinade, 20% meat.

2Soaking a full 24 hours is best, overnight it good.

3Lay meat on Excalibur trays and sprinkle Fresh ground black pepper over the top. For best results, use Excalibur's Jerky Seasoning.
