Homemade Corn Chips

  • Dehydrate: 8 hrs


2 cups corn

1/4 tsp onion powder

1/4 tsp garlic powder

pinch salt (optional)


1Puree all ingredients in a blender.

2Spread mixture onto a ParaFlexx covered tray. It should be 1/4" thick, and slightly thicker near the edges.

3Sprinkle with salt if desired.

4Dehydrate at 155 F/68 C for 8-10 hours or until crisp. Tip: About two hours into the drying process, score the chips into your desired shape using a knife or spatula.

5Once chips are completely dry & crisp, break into chips and serve.
