Dried Fruit Balls


Dried Fruit Balls Recipe

  • Dehydrate: 5 hrs


1 cup dried Dates

1/2 cup dried Apricot

1 cup crushed Walnuts

1 tbsp Lemon Juice

1/2 cup dried Calimyrna Fig

1/2 cup Raisins (regular or golden)

1/2 cup Sunflower Seeds

1 cup flaked Coconut


1In a food processor, finely chop dates, figs, apricots and raisins

2In a medium bowl, mix chopped fruit with nuts and seeds

3Next stir in lemon juice. Then shape into 1/2-1" balls

4Roll the balls in coconut

5Dry balls in your Excalibur® dehydrator at 135 degrees F for 4 to 6 hours, or until crisp on the outside
