Dehydrated Pistachios


Dehydrated Pistachios Recipe

  • Dehydrate: 5 hrs


1 cup Pistachios, soaked

1 tsp ground Coriander

1/4 tsp ground Cinnamon

1/4 tsp Cayenne

2 tbsp Maple Syrup

1/2 tsp ground Cumin

1/4 tsp ground Ginger

1/4 tsp Sea Salt


1Soak, drain and rinse the pistachios, then place in a small bowl

2Add maple syrup, coriander, cumin, cinnamon, ginger, cayenne and salt

3Stir until all of the pistachios are well coated

4Spread nuts out on a Paraflexx® lined Excalibur® dehydrator tray

5Dry at 115ºF for 8-10 hours or until dry

6Once cooled to room temperature, dice into small bits with a sharp knife

7Store in an airtight container
