Dehydrated Corn Recipe
3-4 Ears of Corn
1Remove husk and silk, then trim cob.
2Pretreat corn by steaming it for 1 to 3 minutes.
3Let corn cool to touch, then remove corn from the cob either by cutting or by using a corn stripper
4Place kernels on your Excalibur® dehydrating trays
5Dehydrate at 125 degrees F for 8-12 hours or until dry. Stir corn frequently to facilitate drying.
