Fruit & Fruit Leathers
Chocolate Banana Fruit Leather
4 Bananas
1 tbsp Brown Sugar
2 tbsp Cocoa Powder
1Puree bananas, cocoa, and sugar in a blender until smooth
2Pour mixture in a single layer on a Paraflexx lined Excalibur Dehdyrator tray
3Dry at 130 degree F for 10 hours until leathery
4Flip the leather half way through, dry until no moist spots are left
5Let leather cool, cut with a spatula and then roll into cylinders
6Store in an air tight container
