Banana Chia Crackers


Banana Chia Crackers Recipe

  • Prep: 30 mins
  • Dehydrate: 5 hrs


4 tbsp Chia Seeds

1 very ripe Banana

1/2 tsp Cinnamon

1 cup Water

1/4 tsp Salt


1Combine ingredients in a blender and process until smooth

2Allow to site for 20 minutes until mixture begins to gel

3Spread mixture 1/8" thick on a Paraflexx lined Excalibur dehydrator tray

4Dehydrate at 145 degrees F for about 6 hours, or until fruit-leather-like consistency is achieved

5Carefully peel from Paraflexx and slice into cracker sized pieces

6Return to dehydrator for an additional 6 hours, or until crispy. Enjoy!
