Apple Raisin Oatmeal Cookies


Apple Raisin Cookies Recipe

2 cups Old Fashioned Oats

2 medium Organic Apples

2 large ripe Bananas

4 Medjool Dates (pits removed)

1 tbsp Vanilla Extract

1 tbsp Cinnamon

1 cup Raisins

1 cup Walnuts


1Soak walnuts in 2 cups of water for 6-8 hours.

2Drain, rinse and chop walnuts. Set aside.

3Wash apples well and cut into chunks. Then peel and slice bananas.

4Add apples, bananas, cinnamon, vanilla, dates and 1 cup of the oats to a food processor and process until a mixed well.

5Add remaining oats into the food processor and pulse until the oats are well incorporated into the dough.

6Stir in the raisins and walnuts.

7Shape the mixture into separate cookies onto your ParaFlexx® lined Excalibur® Dehydrator tray.

8Dehydrate at 105 degrees F for 6 hours. Turn cookies over and remove ParaFlexx sheet. Continue dehydrating for 4-8 hours or until cookies are dry.
