Jerky Bottom Round

  • Dehydrate: 12 hrs

Ingredients

3 lbs Bottom Round

1/4 cup Worcestershire Sauce

1 tsp Garlic Powder

1 tbsp A1 Steak Sauce

1/4 cup Soy Sauce

1/2 tsp Liquid Smoke

1 tbsp Tabasco Sauce

Directions

1Cut meat, 3/16 on the slicer.

2Soak in soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, liquid smoke, garlic powder, Tabasco sauce and A1 steak sauce for about 10 hours.

3Lay on trays at 155, until meat cracks.
