2Line your Excalibur Dehydrator tray with a Paraflexx® sheet.
3Spread the puree evenly onto trays keeping it approximately 1/8”-1/4" thick throughout. Keep fruit leather puree about 2 inches from the edges to avoid any run-off.
4Dry at 135º F for 5-9 hours until dry but flexible. It should peel up from your tray easily.
