8 Heirloom Tomatoes
1/4 cup grated Parmesan Cheese
1/2 tsp Basil
1/2 tsp freshly ground Black Pepper
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Oregano
1Wash and dry tomatoes.
2Slice tomatoes into 1/4-inch thick slices & place on Excalibur Dehydrator trays in a single layer.
3Sprinkle a layer of grated Parmesan cheese on tomato slices.
4Mix salt, basil, oregano, and black pepper together.
5Sprinkle seasoning mixture on tomato slices.
6Dry at 155 degrees F for 8-12 hours or until crisp.
7Store in an airtight container after cooled.
