Honey Squares Recipe

  • Dehydrate: 5 hrs


2 Eggs

1/2 cup Whole Wheat Flour

1/2 cup ground Granola

1 cup chopped, dried Nuts

3/4 cup Honey

1/4 tsp Salt

1 cup Raisins, ground Cherries, Dates, or Prunes


1Dehydrate fruits and nuts at 130 degrees F to 140 degrees F for 2 hours or until desired texture

2Beat eggs until light and fluffy

3Gradually add honey, heat if necessary to pour in thin stream

4Add flour, granola, and salt

5Stir in dried fruits and nuts

6Pour mixture into Excalibur paraflexx sheets in this layers

7Dry at 130 degrees F for approximately 12 hours or until firm in the center

8Score into squares and cool
