Ingredients

Ripe Persimmons

1Wash persimmons well and pat dry.

2Slice persimmons 1/4"-3/8" circles. (Peeling is not necessary.)

3Place persimmon slices on an Excalibur Dehydrator tray that is line with a ParaFlexx sheet.

4Dry at 135°F for 11-19 hours or until leathery.
