1 Cantaloupe
1Halve cantaloupe and remove seeds.
2Slice the cantaloupe into 1/4 thick semicircles and remove the rind.
3Place slices on your Paraflexx lined Excalibur Dehydrator trays.
4Dry at 135 degrees Fahrenheit for 18-20 hours or until completely dehydrated.
