Ingredients

2 pounds Cherries

Directions

1Wash cherries thoroughly

2Halve cherries and remove the pits

3Place them in your Excalibur Dehydrator and dry at 165 degrees F for 2-3 hours

4Reduce temperature to 135 degrees F and dry for another 8-10 hours
