Citrus Zest Recipe
1 Citrus Fruit (Lemons, Limes or Oranges)
1Zest your chosen citrus fruit leaving the white part of the pith.
2Evenly spread the zest over a Paraflexx® lined Excalibur® dehydrator tray
3Dehydrate for 2 hours at 130 degrees F
4Break up any clumps of zest and stir the zest to ensure even drying
5Dehydrate for another 1-2 hours at 130 degrees F
6Store in an air tight container in a dark place for up to 1 year
