Cauliflower Popcorn Recipe
4 cups Cauliflower Florets (about one head)
2 1/4 tsp Onion Powder
2 tbsp Nutritional Yeast
1 tbsp Olive Oil
1/2 tsp Sea Salt
1Break up an entire head of cauliflower into popcorn size florets
2Place florets into a huge bowl
3Add remaining ingredients on top of the cauliflower florets and stir gently until all the florets are coated with the mixture
4Gently place coated florets onto Paraflexx lined Excalibur Dehydrator trays
5Dehydrate at 140° F for 8-12 hrs or until they are dry and crisp.
