Broccoli Bites Recipe
2 cups Broccoli florets
1 cup raw Cashews
1/4 cup Pine Nuts
1 tbsp Nutritional Yeast
1 Garlic clove
1/4 tsp Pepper
1/2 tsp Sea Salt
1/2 tbsp Paprika
1/4 cup Lemon Juice
1Soak cashews in a bowl with 2 cups of water for 4 hours. Drain & rinse cashews after soaking.
2Blend cashews, pine nuts, nutritional yeast, garlic, salt, pepper, paprika and lemon juice a high speed blender until smooth to create a sauce.
3Place broccoli florets in a large mixing bowl and pour sauce over florets. Gently toss to coat all florets evenly.
4Place coated broccoli florets on an Paraflexx lined Excalibur Dehydrator tray.
5Dray at 125° F for 12-16 hours or until dry. Flip broccoli bites over halfway through dehydrating cycle.
