Beets
1Wash beets and trim off stems.
2Slice beets into 1/4" round slices. We recommend using a mandoline.
3Place beet slices on Excalibur Dehydrator tray in a single layer.
4Dehydrate at 125 degrees F for 8-12 hours or until crisp.
5Let cool completely.
6Grind dried beets into a fine powder using a high speed blender or coffee grinder.
7Store in an airtight container.
